John De’Laigle
Director of Operations
John De’Laigle is a fervent servant leader whose services cut across multiple industries marking an incredible wealth of career portfolio highlights. He is the founder and CEO of Sovereignty Financial, providing funding consultations for commercial and personal needs. John is a retired U.S. Air Force Financial Manager, where he was responsible for authorizing Government Budget expenditures above $30 million annually related to operational, logistics contracts and supplies. John led a team of professionals to provide financial support to 5000+ in all aspects of financial operations related to service members. He has held numerous leadership positions including Manager-Delta Community Credit Union and served as Director of Operations and Branch Manager for 1st Choice Credit Union with Grady Hospital as a primary patron.
He is a Nationally Certified HUD Financial Counselor, providing counseling and facilitating monthly Home Buyer Education Classes. Beyond his career path, John is a firm believer in giving back to the community at large, striving to create growth, success, and development in his community. Volunteering as Director of Development Authority District #1. Meeting with local Council and community members regarding community growth and development. Over the years, he has led movements that have boosted the economic base of the Atlanta community as a Business Counselor under the Georgia Department of Labor BEP program. There, he oversaw the building and establishment of sustained businesses for the blind and visually impaired in the entire State of Georgia.
John serves as Director of Operations for SWFO International FZE LLC.
